Our pieces
You can expect saw marks and different textures between the various pieces of wood used in each piece of furniture. These are the natural imperfections and weather texture created over time. There may also be nail holes, adding authenticity to the history of your piece. When combined, the various textures and inherent attributes give each piece of furniture its own character – no two pieces are ever exactly alike nor do we guarantee any piece will look exactly like a specific photo shown on Northern Rustic

We are located in and ship from Toronto, Ontario
We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Shipping is based on total order weight
*packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

We select shipping companies that agree to deliver our customer’s furniture in a timely and safe manner, however, please understand the shipping companies are run by their own policies and procedures.
Northern Rustic makes no guarantee furniture will be delivered by a specified date. We will provide an estimated date, but this is not to be taken as a guarantee.
Should this date not be met, it is not a valid reason to cancel the order.
Return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will gladly accept refunds on our products.

● Tailor made items are not eligible for return for any reasons other than defects in the craftsmanship.
● Our reclaimed wood will have nail holes, board cupping, old pegs, patches, cracks, saw marks, water marks, worm holes, bug holes, sunspots, and dents. These attributes are not considered defects. We consider them character and believe they pay homage to the historical authenticity and original craftsmanship.
● Refunds will be issued by the same means as payment was tendered.
● A 25% return fee is charged for any order that is returned, other than orders that have a manufacturing defect, significant shipping damage, or the wrong item was shipped.
●Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer will be responsible for covering return shipping cost. Cost of return shipping is deducted from refund amount.

Steps:
- You may use any shipping method you like as long as a tracking number can be provided.
- Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
- Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it's from!
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.
